RelaNex Group ("we", "us", "our") operates the website relanexgroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run and improve the site.

1. Analytics data (automatic). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This collects non-identifying information such as the pages you view, approximate location (country/region, derived from your IP address, which Google does not store in full), device and browser type, referral source, and on-page interactions such as scrolling and outbound clicks. We do not use this data to personally identify you.
2. Contact form data (voluntary). If you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, company, service of interest, and message — solely to respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are processed through our form provider (Web3Forms) and delivered to us by email.
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use Google Analytics cookies (for example, _ga and related identifiers) to distinguish visitors and measure usage. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies — we do not sell your data or use it to serve ads.
When you first visit, a banner notifies you that analytics is active. You may click Decline to opt out; if you do, we disable Google Analytics for your browser and expire its cookies.
